Comfort IV Terms of Service

Comfort IV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Description of Services

Comfort IV provides mobile IV therapy and vitamin infusion services administered by licensed medical professionals under Nurse Practitioner supervision throughout our Delaware service area. Our services are wellness services and are not medical treatments for any specific disease or condition.

Comfort IV reserves the right to refuse service at any time if our clinical staff determines that a service is not appropriate for a client based on their health history or clinical assessment.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Comfort IV services are wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.

In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Comfort IV providers are not emergency medical responders.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to book and receive services independently. Comfort IV treats clients as young as 2 years old with parent or guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must be physically present for the entire appointment for any client under 18.
• You must complete a health intake form accurately and disclose all relevant health information before each appointment
• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of your appointment
• You agree to follow all instructions provided by your provider before, during, and after treatment

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Booking Appointments

Appointments with Comfort IV may be scheduled:

• Online through our website
• By phone or text
• Through third-party booking platforms

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No deposit is charged. Payment is collected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
• Failure to cancel in time will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
• If our provider arrives and the client decides not to proceed with treatment, the cancellation fee will still apply.
• Clients who are not present at the service location at the scheduled time will be charged the cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided they notify Comfort IV at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

All payments to Comfort IV are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with results.
• If our clinical staff determines after arrival that treatment is not appropriate based on your health history or clinical assessment, a cancellation fee will still apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. Comfort IV accepts all major credit cards and HSA and FSA funds. IV therapy services are generally not covered by health insurance. You are responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfort IV, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated medical professionals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes following treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In no event shall Comfort IV's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to its services exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By receiving services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Comfort IV and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to disclose accurate and complete health information during the clinical assessment, your failure to follow post-treatment instructions, or your use of services in violation of these terms.



Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of Delaware consumer protection statutes.

Informed Consent

By booking and receiving Comfort IV services, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the service, potential risks and benefits, and available alternatives, and that you consent to treatment. Your provider will conduct a clinical check-in and have you review and sign a consent form before treatment begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Comfort IV website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Comfort IV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Comfort IV services shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware
